Working principle
The ultra-high pressure water jet cutting machine is to pass ordinary water through an ultra-high pressure pressurizer, pressurize the water to 3000bar, and then generate a water jet of about 3 times the speed of sound through a water nozzle with a channel diameter of 0.3mm, under the control of the computer. It can easily cut soft materials of any shape, such as paper, sponge, fiber, etc. If adding sand increases its cutting force, almost any material can be cut.

As the diameter of the inner hole of the sand nozzle expands, the incision becomes larger.
3. Can be cut in all directions, including various shapes, angles, or slopes;
4. No secondary processing such as edging is required, and flying dust can be reduced during the cutting process, improving the working environment.
